How much authority does the Belarus Chamber of Commerce have to award a patent for something you have not invented? Should be interesting to see where your exercise on this front goes, not very far from my understanding. Are you guys not the same people who were until recently offering web development and other low level services on freelance web sites? I sure remember seeing the logo.
